Terms of Use
Last updated: May 23, 2026. These Terms of Use establish the rules governing access to and use of the StrikeZone platform (strikezone.com). They are preliminary in nature and must be reviewed by qualified legal, compliance, payments, privacy, and responsible gaming specialists before any live launch.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StrikeZone, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable responsible gaming notices, privacy disclosures, promotional rules, and account policies displayed within the platform interface.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not register an account, log in, claim any offers, or engage with any protected sportsbook functionality on this platform.
Platform Identity and Domain
The platform name is StrikeZone. The domain displayed and associated with this platform is strikezone.com. These identifiers are used throughout the interface for branding, legal notices, and communications.
Any full commercial launch must confirm domain ownership, brand rights, trademark clearance, licensing disclosures, operator identity, and regulatory notice accuracy before publication.
Eligibility Requirements
StrikeZone is designed exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and physically located within the province of Alberta. Users located outside Alberta are prohibited from attempting to wager or circumvent geographic controls through any technical means.
A production version of this platform may require mandatory identity checks, age verification, address confirmation, geolocation validation, sanctions screening, fraud review, and responsible gaming assessment before account features are fully activated.
Current Platform Status
StrikeZone is presently a front-end sportsbook interface. Real-money games, live wagers, deposits, withdrawals, bonus bet credits, loyalty point systems, and funded account balances are not available in this build.
Displayed odds, team matchups, market names, promotional offers, bet slips, and account messaging become functional following successful account creation and email confirmation.
Accounts and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. A full platform implementation should include secure password hashing, mandatory email confirmation, suspicious login detection, multi-factor authentication options, and account recovery mechanisms.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or permanently closed if the operator has reasonable grounds to suspect underage use, out-of-province access attempts, fraud, platform misuse, payment irregularities, responsible gaming concerns, or a breach of these terms.
Odds, Markets, and Bet Slip
The odds board on StrikeZone is illustrative. Odds selections may be added to the bet slip to simulate a wagering interface, but no bet is accepted, no financial commitment is made, and no payout can be earned through this platform.
A live sportsbook must publish comprehensive market rules covering bet acceptance policies, price change procedures, cash-out terms where applicable, event settlement rules, void conditions, error handling, and sport-specific wagering rules.
Promotions and Offers
Any promotional offers displayed within StrikeZone have no cash value in this build. Each live promotion must include full eligibility criteria, expiry date, minimum qualifying odds, eligible and ineligible markets, wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, cancellation terms, and responsible gaming warnings.
Promotional offers must not be directed at self-excluded users, individuals under 18, users located outside Alberta, or accounts whose status renders them ineligible for promotional participation.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not attempt to manipulate odds, exploit platform errors, use automated software or bots, open multiple accounts, facilitate transactions for third parties, or engage in any behaviour intended to defraud the platform or other users.
Any form of money laundering, match-fixing, insider information abuse, or collusion is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities without notice.
Limitation of Liability
StrikeZone and its affiliated operators accept no liability for service interruptions, data loss, third-party system failures, errors in displayed information, or any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of or inability to use this platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by the operator's own acts or omissions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
A fully operational platform must ensure its terms are reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel familiar with Alberta gaming regulations, consumer protection law, and applicable federal statutes before publication.
